This class is a 30 minute PEAK HIIT workout, followed by a longer stretch to keep the muscles flexible, strong and healthy. HIIT tones muscle, and boosts your resting metabolism, so you continue burning calories after the class is over. Stretching increases flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Doing both is essential to continually improving your fitness level!
