We Can’t Wait to Meet You!

Pack your gym bag with the following items for your first class:

  • A comfortable set of workout clothes - leggings, shorts, breathable t-shirt, tank top, etc.

  • A pair of indoor trainers or runners

  • Your fav water bottle

  • A sweat towel

Our studio is fully equipped with showers, washrooms, water fountains and a “get-ready” station to accommodate your busy lifestyle.

What to Expect

We know how intimidating working out can be, especially if you have had a bad experience with it in the past, but please give PEAK a try before you decide working out isn’t for you! We have members who have never worked out a day in their lives before joining us, and claim that our community is what keeps them coming back. Our PEAK PROS are here to offer guidance on form and technique, but please know that they have all been exactly where you are today. They are here to help you feel comfortable with where you’re at, but encourage you to continually improve your fitness and health, love your body + #HIITYOURPEAK

We LOVE cross-training so we we offer many different class types, to keep you continually improving + we promise that you’ll never get bored! All classes can offer modifications, to make your workout a bit easier, or progressions, to make the class more difficult, so you get the most out of your workout, no matter what your level! We currently offer two types of climb classes, three types of HIIT classes and two combo classes!

  • CLIMB - Our original VersaClimber class.

  • HIIT - Our bootcamp style class. No two classes are ever the same!

Love combo classes? You may fall in love with:

  • CLIMB + HIIT - Half climb, half HIIT

  • CLIMB or HIIT REFRESH - Half workout, half deep strech.

  • PEAK REFRESH- Our yoga-inspired classes to help you stretch and feel good after all your climb + HIIT classes!

There is free parking available on all streets north of the studio.

Studio Etiquette

  • Please arrive ten minutes before your scheduled class time. Unfortunately, latecomers will not be permitted, as a courtesy to other members. Please read our late cancellation policy.

  • Please check-in upon arrival, before heading downstairs to change.

  • Please refrain from using your cell phone during class time. You’re welcome to use it to take photos at the beginning or end of class! Use the hashtags #HIITYOURPEAK or #PEAKPACK and tag us @peakclimbhiit on social media.

  • Please only wear indoor shoes inside the studios.

  • We are a scent-free studio!

  • No negative self-talk allowed! We are here to show our bodies some love by exercising.
